BASIC PRINCIPLES

  • The all-Polish Internet advertisement database is an internet service that publishes advertisements relating to goods and services, within the following areas: job market, medicine, tourism ,beauty, motor vehicles, real estate, hotels and hostels, restaurants and pubs as well as B2B services. The advertisements published in the service are automatically available in 13 languages (including Polish, German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese in the permanent part of the service). The website address is http://www.iobo.pl
  • All rights to the service (including logo, project, and graphics) belong to IOBO.pl s.c, ul. Kaczyniec 30/3, 44-100 Gliwice,Poland NIP 897-173-83-10 , REGON 020684916 which designed implemented and operates the service. Later in these regulations the owner will be referred to as the Internet Service and the advertiser will be referred to as the Client.
  • These regulations stipulate the contractual rights as well as principles of using the http://www.iobo.pl The content as well as the amendments to these regulations is available to the Clients who request publication of the advertisement, free of charge by the ICT system used by the Internet Service.
  • Rendering these regulations available is preceded by the process of registration and identification of the Client, conducted in a positive manner, in accordance with the content under the link which contains the access to the registration form. Sending the registration form back by the Client is a confirmation that the information on the Client's legal position is correct as well as conforming to actual conditions.
  • The registration procedure described in point 4.1 above signifies that the contractual parties accept the issue of an advertisement. This procedure will be concluded with sending a letter to the Client's email address, which includes the content of valid regulations.
  • By setting up an account at http://www.iobo.pl the User gives consent for processing of the data included in the form filled in during the registration process for marketing and information purposes and the User agrees to receive announcements concerning products or new services from http://www.iobo.pl and from other entities, exclusively upon the consent of http:// www.iobo.pl to the electronic mail address indicated during the registration process.
  • The price list of ads and e-visiting card is located at http://www.en.iobo.pl/pricelist
  • The agreement is concluded at the moment of setting up the user’s account at our service.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • The Internet Service shall assume the obligation not to use the personal database, provided by means of the Internet, for other purposes than have been stipulated in these regulations. It shall also assume the obligation to destroy and delete all the entries and documents that include personal data from the database as well as to delete all entries and documents from the computer memory in a way that would prevent any access to the data after one year since the last issue of the advertisement. This deadline shall be prolonged in the case of and for the time necessary to exercise rights by the parties to a legal relationship resulting from the service delivered, which is placing an advertisement.

CONTRACT TERMS

  • The Internet Service is not liable for the content of the placed advertisements, and especially for reliability and truthfulness of the description of the goods and services offered.
  • The Internet Service is not liable for the behavior of people placing advertisements or for transaction conducted as a result of publishing the advertisement.
  • The advertisement shall be placed in the Internet Service on the condition of prior registration through the use of an appropriate registration code, login and password.
  • Login and the password shall be kept in private , in the case of loss , please follow the procedure of the password recovery.
    1. The Client shall direct an advertisement/e-visiting card to be placed in the appropriate thematic section and segment, which means that the content of the advertisement pertains to the subject matter of particular categories of the service (e.g. properties – sell; real estate – buy). The service shall have the right to redirect the advertisements, or not to publish them if the advertisements are directed to an inappropriate thematic section.
  • One advertisement/e-visiting card may concern only one product or single service, regardless of whether the customer is a private person or an institution specializing in the distribution of goods or services (developers, real estate agents, car salesmen, housing cooperatives, TBS cooperatives, employment agencies etc.)
  • The advertisements/e-visiting cards that are directed for publication cannot include an advertisement for other competing web services by giving their web-address. The Client gives his consent to delete such web-addresses from the advertisement.
  • The maximum time of placing an advertisement in the service cannot be longer than 31 days.
  • The maximum time of placing an e-visiting card in the service cannot be longer than 24 months
  • The Internet Service does not give the Clients the right to:
    1. copy the content of any advertisements or pictures with advertisements, published by the service;
    2. place a graphic files unrelated to the subject matter of the advertisement/e-visiting card , including the company logo, pictures, or advertisements;
    3. place advertisements/e-visiting cards with a content unrelated to the subject matter (subject) of the advertisement in the field location; placing such content (links, slogans, bugs) shall entitle the Internet Service to cancel the publication of the advertisement as well as not to inform the Client about such steps;
    4. placing advertisements/e-visiting cards in a manner that infringes binding legal regulations or ethics, particularly advertisements/e-visiting cards cannot apply to transactions that are crime-related or the transactions of items which are forbidden by law. No advertisements can be placed in the service related to escort services and/or having an implied erotic meaning if their content indicates to facilitate or establish relationships that have other than matrimonial purposes.
    In the case of violation of the above mentioned principles, the Internet Service shall take legal actions aiming at protection of advertisers from dishonest commercial activities or publication will be prevented.

DETAILED RULES FOR PLACING A CV

  • Personal data is placed free of charge in the service CV database, provided that the Client gives consent for his/her personal data to be processed, in accordance with the Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. 2002 No. 101 item 926 consolidated text as amended).
  • The Service is entitled to deliver the Client's personal data to third parties in accordance with the roles of the Act mentioned in the article above.
  • The Client is eligible to update or remove data included in his/her CV at any time and free of charge as well as to delete data from this service.

COMPLAINTS

  • Any complaints concerning advertisement publication can be made on working days, from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. using telephone number +48 71-712-24-75 or by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: uwagi@iobo.pl
  • The complaint shall include data identifying the transaction (section and category of advertisement, method of registration, registration code, and other data used during placing of an advertisement or e-visiting card).

FINAL PROVISIONS

  • Neither Party is responsible for non-fulfillment of their liabilities of agreement if such a non-fulfillment was caused by the circumstances of Force Majeure that form independent events which are not caused by the Parties, and are impossible for the Parties to foresee and to avoid.
  • Any possible disputes that may possibly occur between the Parties shall be settled amicably by the Parties.
  • For any matters not provided for by this agreement, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
